My name is John Mark Roberts and I am running for Murray(KY) City Council. This is my first attempt at public office. The primary is Tuesday May 18, 2010 and I am number 16 on the ballot.

As a lifelong resident of Murray, I truly think Murray is the best town in the world! But, as we all know, we must constantly work together to maintain the level of excellance that Murray has seen in the past and see that it surpasses the wonderful status that we now have as citizens of Murray.

I realize that the future brings with it some decisions that we must face head-on. Some of these decisions will be easy and some will be hard. As a community we must progresively face these challenges as we come to them.
